Shipping

Shipping is free within the United States on every order, with no minimum. Orders ship from Tampa, Florida, usually within two business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

I do not currently ship outside the United States. If you are overseas and want one, email me and I will see what I can arrange.

Returns

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, with the carry case and any included hardware.
• Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or I sent the wrong thing — in those cases I cover it.
• No restocking fee.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or a product fails in normal use, email me at Joe@floridasoundman.com with a photo. I will send a replacement at no cost and you do not need to ship the original back.

Please report shipping damage within 10 days of delivery so I can file with the carrier.

Refunds

Once a return arrives, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.

How to start a return

There is no portal or form. Email Joe@floridasoundman.com or text 813-716-8826 with your order number and what is wrong, and I will reply with a return address and instructions. I am one person, not a call centre, so you are dealing with me directly.

Dealers and wholesale orders

Wholesale and dealer orders are covered separately. Defective units are replaced free with no return required, and shipping damage should be reported within 10 days. Get in touch for current dealer terms.
